Brian Hill, CPA
FOUNDER & CEO
Brian Hill, CPA, is a seasoned expert in taxation and accounting, boasting extensive experience and a solid reputation in the field. After securing his B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, he made the strategic decision to bring his knowledge and expertise to California in 2004. Since then, Brian has held various key roles as a Tax Supervisor, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer for numerous distinguished companies across Orange County. In 2007, he founded BCH Consulting, where he served as President until its acquisition by Barnett & Company in January 2016. With active CPA licenses in California and Nevada, Brian is a respected member of professional associations including the California Society of CPAs, the Nevada Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has devoted his career to ensuring his clients receive the highest level of financial guidance and support available.

Liliana Cifuentes-Norr
DIRECTOR OF TAX CREDITS AND INCENTIVES
Liliana is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the tax industry spanning nearly two decades. Armed with a Juris Doctor degree from USF School of Law, she combines her legal expertise with practical business and tax acumen gained from successfully running her own venture for over 17 years. Passionate about empowering her clients, Lili utilizes her deep understanding of tax law to help them maximize available benefits. Based in the picturesque San Clemente since 2005, Liliana has embraced the community spirit by dedicating her free time to serving as League President for the SCGS for the past five years. When not immersed in her work or community endeavors, she cherishes quality time with her family, indulging in beach outings and sporting events, making the most of the coastal lifestyle she's come to adore.

Milissa Summer, JD, MDR
GENERAL COUNSEL
Milissa brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen to DH Tax and Consulting. Raised in Southern California, she honed her analytical skills at U.C. Berkeley, focusing her undergraduate thesis on the challenges confronting small businesses in America. After gaining valuable experience as an analyst at Green Street Capital Management in San Francisco, Milissa transitioned to the legal field as a paralegal at Latham & Watkins, ultimately deciding to pursue further education. She earned her Juris Doctor and Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University in Malibu, solidifying her status as a licensed California attorney. Beyond her professional pursuits, Milissa finds joy in spending time with her family and indulging her passion for equestrian sports, competing with her hunter/jumper horse and pony.

Ehva is eagerly preparing to transition to the University of California, Santa Barbara where she is excited to pursue a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance. Her experiences at DH Tax and Consulting have played a pivotal role in her decision to pursue this major, igniting her passion for understanding financial systems and economic principles. During her time at Santiago College, Ehva had been an integral part of their softball team, showcasing her dedication to sportsmanship and teamwork. Apart from her athletic pursuits, Ehva also harbors a profound passion for travel and delights in exploring new destinations alongside her loved ones.

Christina administrative assistant with over ten years of experience in payroll processing and tax support. She earned her associate’s degree from Santa Ana College, where she laid the foundation for her extensive career. Christina quickly honed a deep understanding of payroll process systems, tax compliance, and financial record keeping. Over the years she has worked with a wide range of clients ensuring accurate payroll management. Currently, she is working diligently to become a licensed tax professional with plans to achieve Enrolled Agent (EA) status in the near future. Her ambition is to provide expert tax advice and services helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of the tax system. Outside of her career Christina is deeply committed to her personal life. She values spending quality time with her family and friends, creating lasting memories with those closest to her. She is also an active member o her church community, she finds joy in volunteering and supporting causes that align with her values. Christina’s dedication to both her professional growth and her personal connections makes her a well-rounded individual with strong sense of purpose.

Her career began in the construction industry, where she gained valuable insights and even owned and operated her own business. Amie has also served as a controller, further expanding her proficiency in financial operations and business oversight, and she possesses in-depth knowledge of human resources. Outside of work, Amie has a passion for music, dancing, and cooking. She also enjoys camping, dirt bike riding, and cherishing quality time with her husband, children, and extended family.
